Investment in the high growth sectors:

S V Capital plans to make investments in the high growth sectors such as hospitality, retail, office spaces, premium residencies and wind energy as a part of our BRIC investment strategy. To materialize such plans we have set up the entity, Sparsh Hospitality Private Limited. The investment made under this entity will offer an  exit to the investors in 8-10 years via an IPO.  

Hospitality: As a upcoming developer, Sparsh Hospitality is building five star deluxe properties in the top tier cities of the BRIC countries.

 The hotels, planned under management contract with the reputed international flags, are intended to be developed as lifestyle products offering sophisticated amenities to the leisure and business travelers and banquet and conference facilities to the meetings and conventions.

Premium residencies: The hotel properties catering to a busy destination usually have long term business and/or leisure guests looking for home away from home with a bigger size space and many more amenities compared to what the best of a hotel room may offer. To cater such guests all of our hotel properties would have service apartments offering premium abode to the travelers.

Such apartments would also be available on long term lease to the non resident individuals who wish to have an upscale presence in a city.

Retail: Each of our developments are designed to have selected boutique style retail along with the hotel and service apartments to offer unique shopping experience to the guests and maintain the buzz in the property.

Office space: BRIC infrastructural needs that only call for outstanding hotel properties but also class A offices.

We plan to have such business spaces in the all of our multi-use developments. The total number of offices in a development may vary depending on specific city's growth forecast and the location of the property.

We are actively seeking wind sites in India and plan to have capacity of up to 1000 MW in four stages of approx. 220 MW each.
